What should I check if I need a receipt or invoice for my purchase?
Review any later adjustment record together with the original document. Keep a clear link between the document and the specific order if you make repeated purchases.
What should I do when product information is unclear or conflicting?
Check whether an example is being mistaken for a guaranteed feature. If a requirement is essential, obtain clarification before ordering.
What should I know before adding special instructions to an order note?
Clarify which instruction applies if you sent a later correction. Confirm whether accepting an alternative changes the total or timing.
