What should I do if I am waiting for a seller's response?

Check filtered messages or the purchase channel's notification area for a reply. Summarize the unresolved question clearly rather than resending unrelated details.

How should I interpret words such as up to, from, or optional in an offer?

Look at any explanation placed near the qualified claim. Do not remove a qualification when comparing the claim with another offer.

What should I clarify if I need more time to decide on an offer?

Do not assume requesting more time creates an extension. Ask whether a promotion expires separately from the quotation.
